Training for Adults
Our traditional adult class focuses on techniques for Karate, Jujitsu and Boxing. The class utilizes techniques relying not only on strength and power, but also focus, muscle memory and control. The techniques used in this new blend of Martial Arts were founded by ShiHan Kenneth Freeman combine Goju-Ryu Karate, JuJitsu, Aki-JuJitsu, Aikido and Boxing.

Our traditional training for children teaches confidence, honesty, respect, dedication, self-discipline, patience and determination. Our academy strives to teach self-awareness and strong principles for children to help them focus on anything that comes their way in life.

Self-Defense Classes
What would you do if you were unexpectedly assaulted? Would you be able to fight off the attacker to avoid being robbed and injured or worse? The academy regularly holds self-defense seminars to help prepare you to handle these situations. Call the academy to learn about upcoming seminars and clinics or to discuss private lessons.
